The RootSpire Sisterhood
A gathering of women committed to supporting one another and honoring our feminine ways.
I co-created a beautiful community along with my soul sister, Katya, and we invite you to join us!
The RootSpire Sisterhood’s focus is “cyclical living” where we center ourselves around 4 rotating themes to follow the rhythm of the female cycle. The themes are: Nurturing, Planning, Creating, and Integrating.
Each weekly virtual call will include practices such as: Opening Ceremony Meditation, Journaling, Mindfulness and Movement Exercises, and Communal Sharing. We desire to lovingly hold space for the divine feminine energy to support all of us as we journey through life. If you join us, we intend for you to feel rooted in sisterhood, to root for one another, and to feel inspired by the magic that is born in coming together 🌳🌀
*Our community is open to anyone who identifies as a woman.

Fire Tribe Community
A gathering of all people committed to holding space for one another and connecting in our shared humanity.
I also co-created a Kansas City local, in-person community along with my soul sister, LaShonde. We meet in person once every 4-6 weeks.
The Fire Tribe’s focus is connection and community. We are men and women and people who choose to come together and spend time connecting at a deep level. Our vision is to create a space where we welcome creativity and wholeness and support one another’s life journeys in any and all ways!
Our evening gathering includes:
Opening Breathwork & Prayer Circle
Live Music by a local DJ
A blazing fire
Song and Sharing Circle
Optional: Cold Plunge
Deep chats with other like-hearted people
